Colonalisation?

I don't remember which news channel, but last night they asked this question "Will discovery of water on moon lead to its colonalisation?"

It beats us. How do these people even get such ideas? What goes on in their mind (if at all such a thing is present) when they dish out such worse than mediocore stuff to their viewers? And that too when the press release about this discovery very clearly said- "when we say 'water on the moon,' we are not talking about lakes, oceans or even puddles. Water on the moon means molecules of water and hydroxyl that interact with molecules of rock and dust specifically in the top millimetres of the moon's surface,"

Maybe we need to send these guys up there to set up their base camps; it will be good riddance atleast.
